Flashing, two speeds

After the voltage U_s has been applied to A1 and A2 the changeover contact of the output relay goes to position 15-18 (pulse begin). By bridging the contacts A1 and Y1 the relay can be switched to pause begin. The times t₁ and t₂ can be set to different times.
